SUPPER PARTY PASTA

  • 8 oz pasta bows or shells
  • 6 oz diced cooked ham
  • 6 oz diced cooked chicken
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 4 oz chopped mushrooms
  • 1½ pints cheesy white sauce
  • salt & pepper
  • oil
  • breadcrumbs and grated
  • cheese for topping
Sweat the onions and pepper in a little oil. Add the cooked pasta, sauce and remaining ingredients. Turn into a shallow oven proof dish, sprinkle with crumb and cheese mixture.

Bake for 40 minutes in a fairly hot oven. Serve with salad.
