On Sunday November 28th 1999, the Froyle Millennium Children's Playground was officially opened by Louisa Mills, the daughter of the Playground Committee Chairman, Jo Mills. The Playground, designed and constructed by Andy Frost from Forest Enterprise, was then immediately checked out by the large group of local children who had watched the opening.
