Work in progress on the tomb of John Baldwin Burningham in St Mary’s Churchyard, Upper Froyle. John Burningham died January 26th 1766 and was buried on February 5th.

Part of the restoration involves replacing the original iron pins that hold the side panels together with stainless steel equivalents.

Isaac Royall’s tomb on the South side of the church in late March 2005. He was buried in October 1781. (More details in An American Connection link at the bottom of the page)
